The semester is halfway over — we hope that you’ve had a great semester so far, and that you’re prepared for midterms. We’ll have midterm survival packs available in the office before, during, and after midterms. We would also like to wish you a happy and safe spring break. Wherever your vacation may take you this year, be aware of your surroundings and the people you are with.

Maintenance Tips or Special Highlight (roughly 75 words)

  1. Spring has sprung, and it’s time for spring cleaning. A clean living environment is a crucial part of your college experience and beneficial to your health. Be sure to take time and spruce up your room and common area.
  2. Just a reminder that garbage disposals aren’t designed to dispose of trash. Please be aware of what you are putting into the garbage disposals so that it doesn’t get damaged.
  3. Please make sure that the recirculation vent in the freezer is clear. If it is blocked by any packaging or food, it can cause the fan and cooling unit to burn out and need to be replaced.

Reminders & Updates

Refer your friends for $300! For every friend you refer who leases, we’ll give you a $300 rent concession after they move in.

A friendly reminder that rent is always due in full on the first of the month. Late fees start on the fourth.

After-hours lockouts are $25 per occurrence. If you have an after-hours lockout, please call the office to be connected to the on-call courtesy line.

Relay For Life

Nearly all of us have been affected by cancer in some way. If you want to make a difference by raising awareness and funds to fight cancer and support survivors, we want your help! Relay For Life is the world’s largest cancer fundraising event, and we would love for you to join our team! Campus Advantage is a national team partner with Relay For Life, and thanks to you, we have raised over $150,000 to date for this great cause. If you have ever participated, you know it is an incredibly meaningful, memorable, and fun experience.

Every Relay For Life event is made up of volunteers forming teams to spend 24 hours together around the track raising money to eradicate cancer. Every team brings its own special energy to the event by hosting on-site fundraisers, creating campsites, and enjoying each other’s company while educating the community about cancer prevention. If this sounds like something you would like to participate in, please drop by the office and let us know!
